how do I trade for 1 over wi fi if i have not seen it because it seems to only add Pokemon i have seen?

EDIT: A major issue I discovered just now it appears that if you have the GAMESTOP event CELEBI you can not trade it over the GTS because of the ribbon it has. However it may be able to be traded Game Card to Game Card.
I called Nintendo on this Issue and they could not give me a clear reason why that is but they gave me the possible solution as listed above.

In other news, does anyone who plays Black or White also have an Action Replay? Normally I'm against cheats like this, but apparently it's impossible to get EV-lowering berries, even from the Dream World (when it'll come out), so the only way is to hack the berries in. So if someone's willing to help me out and use the berries until my Serperior's without EVs, could you let me know?

Taking advice from a friend, I'm holding off on EV Training until I actually beat the game. I've already gone and replaced my team with other Pokemon (including Victini; MAN was he a bitch to catch).

Regardless, here's my official team (not my stand-in team):

Dewott (Chopper) Lv. 24
Timburr (Franky) Lv. 23
Tynamo (Brook) Lv. 21 (+18)
Heatmor (Usopp) Lv. 21 (+18)

Though I may find the time at some points to go back and EV Train them some more.

You trade over wifi with another person, aka not over the GTS but a normal trade as you would do a normal battle with someone you have a FC for.

But as you said, I believe you can't trade monsters with the special ribbon. :p

The GAMESTOP event CELEBI can only be traded to BLACK and WHITE.
