So, I got my exam results back from January.

D in Biology and an E in Physics. It costs me £38 to resit both exams and now I'm cramming like a madman (no, not the user) because if I fail my EIGHT exams in May, I'm quite fucked (IE, I'd have to repeat this AS year before moving on to A2). This means that my weekly trip to South Shields to see a friend has been cut back to a MONTHLY trip and my already dwindling time for things that I like to do (games, go out with friends, watch Stargate) has been dramatically cut.

Not only this shit, but I can't get a girl off my mind so most of the time, I'm walking around with my brain fried, wondering if I should ask her out or will that just screw up whatever friendship we have and make me feel like shit for 6 months.

I'm also low on money so even if I do ask her out and she says yes (which I find highly unlikely), I can't take her anywhere very nice. Plus, if I don't cram like an aforementioned madman, I don't get my money at the end of the month, which means I have to either starve at lunch times or bring some crappy stuff from home, which we don't have very much of in the first place.

I'm actually quite stellar at writing, according to teachers and the ACT, which was 11 out of 12 possible points, which could've been helped by the fact I was in honors English throughout high school and in AP honors English for junior and senior year (though 5 other people in my class also got that score).

Doesn't mean I actually like to do it unless I'm specifically and intelligently provoked to do such a thing. Because it definitely makes some of the fact that I'm a stuttering mess IRL somewhat better.

I was at the Carphone Warehouse with some friends. We went on a bunch of smartphones, a Samsung Tablet and an iPad and opened the Internet up to an image of a woman holding a sign saying "I Lost The Game".

They were not happy when we came back an hour later.

I remember an elementary school printer going on the fritz and printing page after page of assorted CP437 symbols. I'm guessing they used the wrong driver or something.

Pretty much this, in a way. It's kinda fun when it's a topic trying to own a teacher or something. Even better are trolling essays, but I haven't really done anything like that, and probably won't get a chance to.

Unless I decide to do it solo and become the next Jonathan Swift as a result. Best essay ever.

I had a printer once that a bad habit of doing that. There was no real rhyme or reason to it, something would just get corrupted and it would start printing nonsense until you cleared the memory.

One time my younger brother had the genius idea that maybe his document would print if all the garbage would print first, so he kept re-filling it more and more... A lot of paper was wasted that day.
