I don't use Yahoo!, but this is a strong part of the reason I maintain two Google accounts and a strict separation between them... Facebook's success has convinced all the major companies that yes, everyone clearly must want that sort of thing everywhere. 
Another thing on this front is that I'm seeing articles claiming that Facebook is rolling out a comment system for sites to use- of course, with your real name visible everywhere. ____________________ |

Well the internet is constantly evolving. Stuff like giving out names has become the norm due to privacy on the web no longer being an issue. But if people still feel like separating themselves on the internet then I'm not going to complain or anything. ____________________
