Yeah, IMG tags are only needed when making a post. When it asks for an image address, you don't need them. 
I kinde of need it in a step by step prosess like when I was figuring out how to post comics and a ton of people helped me.
Click on the Edit Profile button. Scroll down to where it has the information for your avatar. Remove the [IMG] tags.
just tried it and it did not work if possible can someone explain the prosses more thuraly or I might have don something wrong pleese help.
Two problems:
One, your avatar links to a page that doesn't exist.
Two, you didn't remove the [IMG] tags. You only removed one.

You didn't. Remove everything after ".png". However, it still won't work because you need to upload the picture to a place like imageshack.
