As I do not have a Pokemon with the moves to allow this i was just wondering if anyone could and would loan me a Pokemon that put Ho - oh to sleep so I can catch it. I will loan you my event Celebi as collateral for it and this Pokemon I need needs to around Level 50 for it to stand a chance.

Unfortunately, I didn't have any of those, except for rock, but Graveler died in one hit before getting a move off. And all of his Pokemon have a type advantage over it. I could have raised another Pokemon for the battle... but that would require more than minimal effort.


So now, I've started White version.

I just figured something out about this HO-OH I am trying to catch. I need a Pokemon that knows Disable and/or how to make it sleep.
I using Grass type which is the dumbest decision ever.
The worst part about the advice is that the Sunny Day which the Pokemon I am trying to catch knows makes these 25 Dusk balls useless which makes me want/need the move disable and/or a way to put it asleep.
Just think if they had a Pokeball that got its power from the sun I would have caught it by now.
Got anymore advice that might help me here.

And the rest are HM slaves that I use in battle when I need.

I'm not evolving smug leaf for two reasons:

A. She looks much color before evolving IMO.
B. Learns moves faster, which is needed as grass types are terrible as usual. :/

Ah screw it I'm hyped for this game.
Rematching the Elite 4, which I am hoping will boost at least all my team's levels by two. If it doesn't, I'll just rematch them and Silver until being at levels 70-80 and then using all those Rare Candies I never used.

Because Red's level 90 Pikachu will go down with one Earthquake or something (I could easily use Amphy to paralyze it so it goes slower), but that Snorlax is scary. And Glaceon doesn't learn Blizzard until level 7_.
It is also kind of, you know, the game's true definitive secret final boss, so it's not like there's a better moment to use up items like that or the Sacred Ash.

It's basically a system where you can look for a certain Pokemon that you want in, or you can set up your own trade and ask for the Pokemon you want in return.

Of course, almost all the available trades you'll find will have impossible requirements like a Lv. 100 Arceus or some shit. So it's infinitely better to make your own trade.

Cool Maybe I can get a Leafeon, A glaceon a pichu that knows Volt tackle and pokemon that can do some sort of a sleep move.

EDIT: If some one whats to trade. I have Level 30 Staryu that has the item stardust on the GTS and I want is a female Meowth between the levels of 21 and 30 however as meowth evolves at level 28 I would prefer it between 21 and 27. Thanks to my very awesome friend, I've gotten a Tynamo and Heatmor and I'm now in the process of EV Training them. I figure once my entire team reaches Lv. 25, I'll head off to Castelia.
