I'd take a nice consistent gas stove over a electric stove anyday.

I know, right. Being able to control the flame instantaneously is pretty crucial.
I just had eggs, sausage links and toast. It turns out the particular top thing of the electric stove I was using is broken so I used a different one this time and it turned out a lot better.
I'm kinda starting to see the benefits of an electric stove. It's sort of cool how it heats the surface of a pan evenly whereas gas stoves tend to be hottest closest to where the flame is, I think? Because of this, water also boils faster, which is really neat, too!
Ramune
Green tea with a touch of sugar/ milk
Oatmeal with blueberries
Sandwich: deli-style chicken, mayo, spicy honey mustard, baby Swiss cheese, "bread and butter" pickle
Late breakfast/ early lunch combination. Yum yum
