Drag's Post #307
I know it's probably really silly to get upset over a shirt, but I really hate that I ripped it. There's a hole right in the middle of the shirt now. It could be sewn up, but the rip isn't along any seams or anything, so it'd look really awkward. I've had this shirt for years, a lot of pictures of me have this shirt. I'm sad that I have to let it go, but oh well. Eventually, I'll find a new favorite shirt to replace it, but until then, I'm only left with what I have.

I mean, it's probably really stupid to get upset over an article of clothing, but I guess I just got attached to the shirt.

So does anyone else have any kind of "silly" sentimental attachments? I can't be the only one.

I have a shirt that's tearing in the front (it's got strips of fabric down the front, and those are what's tearing), but I really don't want to get rid of it. It's not even that flashy of a shirt; it's just my favorite one, and I've had it for quite some time.

That, and all my silly plushies...

I used to develop lots of small holes in the sleeves of my shirts from going on the swings a lot. Now I just get random holes. The most annoying ones are in pockets though, and I remember once losing something through a pocket hole and it ending up between layers of the pants.

Pretty much all my clothes are just plain with one colour though, so I don't have any that are special or whatever.

I'm always kinda disappointed when I rip or wear out good clothes. Maybe that's just because they're expensive though.

I am a bit of a pack rat though. I tend to keep things I have no use for because I figure they might come in handy some day. Mostly electronics. DVD players, remotes, motherboards, hard drives, etc.

I don't have too many special clothing items...

I also never leave the house without at least one jewelry item, either...

You and me both

Plushies are like, my favorite thing ever (I will be sad when I go to college and have to actually choose which ones to bring)

I also have a favorite shirt that has loads of holes in it. I wear it when I fell very casual

This is me as well. Also, one of my favorite shirts has recently vanished from existence, it seems. I really liked that shirt, and can't think of where I possibly could have left it, so I can sympathize a bit for you.

I'm more of a packrat than I'd like to be, but not as much as my parents. They have boxes piled on boxes of junk, especially in the garage but also in every closet, under tables, and so on. They have garage sales every year and give some things away, but they still have stuff everywhere. Every surface in their house is crammed with junk most of the time, including the dinner table (they put the junk in a pile on a chair or in the corner of the room, or more often just sweep it all to only half of the table, before eating(.

AHAHAHAHA--oh, wait. I somehow randomly managed to rip a hole at the bottom of a T-shirt I got one of the few times Doves toured the US... and played here.

Here's me back in 1991...

That was my favorite shirt, and it just vanished off the face of the earth when my family at that time got into taking studies with those...those...Jehovah's Witnesses.
But yeah I really liked that shirt, and after my favorite shirt was gone I couldn't find another shirt like that.

Don't know why, but I'm way too attached to my green ruler. Maybe it's because I love math, but I hate it when I don't have it with me in other classes.

I've got a favorite pair of shorts that I wear. They're just the right size and comfortable as anything. Plus they have big pockets and large side pockets too so I can carry a DS, iPod, CDs, wallet, flashdrive all at once and still have room for my hands. I think I've had them for at least two years now.

I also have a shirt that I got when I as in second grade that I can still wear today. It was part of a summer program and for whatever reason, they gave us little kids XL shirts. I sleep in it now and have done so for years. Good shirt.
