Those things are usually printed on cereal boxes and stuff, you're not suspossed to scan a computer screen. XD

iirc, some European clubs use QR Codes as a sort of exchange for social site services and whatnot. Printed on people's shirts and they just snap pics and get their info if they ever want to chat and hang out again.
