I had one (1) message in Discord deleted and proceeded to make a huge, huge mess about how it was a violation of free speech and how moderators are supposed to be spam janitors and nobody should have the right to tell me not to talk about school shootings

I don't know what's worse, the fact that it's supposed to be "replaced with 1st", or that it actually replaced 5th with 5th.

I have to say I was glad to see this one, given this essay is supposed to be 1000 words. I was wondering when I added a paragraph and the count jumped from 327 to 327.

Wait, the selection has more characters than the whole document? What the...?

I always thought the auto-superscript was annoying. I don't even superscript the ordinal indicator when handwriting.

I hate superscript ordinal indicators, I always turn them off in OpenOffice.org, and I don't even use them in handwriting. They feel so... old-fashioned to me.

Actually, I think their use was mostly dead until Microsoft Office started autoformatting them like that...

The last time I even used MS Office outside of school was back in 2004. I switched to OpenOffice.org during the 1.1.x era (or 1.2.x, can't remember now)

At least OO.o has more configuration options than MS Office, and you don't need to pay for, or activate OO.o at all.

Yeah, I switched to OO.O in 2004 as well, and use it all the time now so I don't have to buy Microsoft Office (especially considering that there is no version of MS Office for Linux, my primary OS these days). I used OO.O version 1.0 originally.
