Honestly, it varies from time to time, but I've always had an affinity for the word "ultimate" and those derived from it:

Penultimate, ultimateness, ultimatum, ulterior, ultra...

I think my personal favorite of the bunch is ultimacy, though, even though I don't think I've ever seen it used.

I actually had to look up ultimacy. I've never heard it before.
