Everyone has people that say that you look like or act like some relative. So Jul, who so you resemble in your family?
I look almost exactly like my great-grandfather Cado. I have his face, broad shoulders and compact figure. My great-grandfather was a really interesting guy. His wife was in a coma for many many years and he met my great-grandma Elizabeth and fell in love with her, but he couldn't marry her until his wife died. So when she finally died from the flu he married Elizabeth and had my grandma. Great story, huh? |

I act a lot like my grandmother (R.I.P. 2010) did. She absolutely loved cats and kittens, she was very progressive for her time (for one thing, she had no problem living in a house that had a lesbian couple in an upstairs apartment, in the 1960s), dressed very girly but kept her hair really short (my mom, OTOH, was a tomboy and kept long hair), was against war, she hated living in Redneckistan near my parents and wanted to move back to the city, and she grew up an outcast at school and such. We'd talk a lot and she'd tell really interesting stories about her childhood in Morocco and how she married an American she met during World War II. I miss her 
About a week before she died, she had mentioned that she wanted to be reincarnated as a cat. Now I tend to imagine her as a happy furry kitty purring in someone's home 
I did get a lot of her clothes when she died. Pretty dresses ____________________

I get most of my eccentric behavior from my great-grandma. My great-grandma took my mom to the casinos when she was a tween for good luck and she also gave my mom her first cigarette. My mom says that I play cards like her XD
Edit: When my other great-grandma died she gave my brother and I some old coins that are worth a lot of money. One is a Gold Spanish Doubloon!

Apparently I look some like my dad and I tend to act like my grandfather some. However, my grandfather is not nearly as outwardly wacky as I am. He's still a swell fella though.

I'm also skinny as a rail in the way my mother and her sister were.
I have a something mischievous personality, which is also from my mother's side.
My leadership abilities are inherited from my grandfather on my mother's side--a corrupt State legislator. Good at manipulating people, and also, sneaky, which while I am not very 'sneaky', I can still be subtle rarely.
I have a sort of Russian face, with hard features, which also comes from my mother's side. My eyes are like my father's side grandpa's when he was younger, and my hair is a fusion of the blond and brown hair from both sides.
I got my father's side teeth, that is, teeth which are all jagged.
I also inherited both the rage from my mother's side and the passive aggressive stuff from my father's side. I don't mean to be so nasty sometimes, but my personality causes me sometimes to really gut people. I have too many inherited mechanisms by which to injure people's feelings. 
My hands are a bit of a mystery--long, spindly piano fingers. Although my great grandfather on my mother's side was a composer, and I seem to have some musical ability. I also have math and science ability, like my father's side grandfather.
And, yes, acting wacky is also firmly in my DNA on both sides.

I look a bit like my grandfather on my dad's side; mostly because of the hair. I think I may get my face from him as well, but I'm not 100% sure.

 On the day of my father's wedding, his wife-to-be nearly freaked out when she saw me in the kitchen (facing the other way) because she thought he was there. 
And I seem to have my inherited a lot from my grandmother.

I inherited both of my parents' personalities, somehow. I can be mild-mannered and quiet and be in the corner silently making dorky jokes every now and then like my dad, but sometimes I can be ridiculously talkative and always have something to say like my mom. There's no middle ground with me. I'm generally pretty nice and reserved, but I have a temper that people can set off if they push the right buttons--that's definitely a quality of my mom. Especially if they attack someone close to me or that I care about. Then I flip my shit.
People tell me my voice sounds like my aunt's. I kinda hear it, but I'm not as... loud as she is, I don't think, nor do I speak as slowly. I used to be like that, but once I started being aware of it, I stopped.
Physically I don't really think I look like anyone I'm related to exactly. I have a sorta-kinda long face, which is weird 'cause everyone else in my family's pretty round-faced. My hair's really dark which kinda reminds me of my mom's parents a bit. My grandma has curly hair but nobody else in my family really does. My dad has big facial features in general, though (especially his eyes, geez), which I definitely got.
