I picked up celebi today! :3

I was a bit afraid of having to go into the shop and asking about it since over here every just thinks pokemon is for little kids. (Which I fucking hate for several reasons.)

But seeing as they send it out via wireless from the store I could stand in the shadows a small bit away from the store and still pick up the signal! :3

Alrighty, I've been dicking around in HG a bit and just got my Tyranitar...

Playing Touhoumon, grinding my Tewi to a higher level before going after Misty...

Hehe. See this is why its good to have friends who have kids. A simple, "Who wants to go to to the video game store"..boom instant kid escort who can deflect any embarrassment vibes away from judgmental folk.

Helps that my friends actually wanted shiny pokeymahns too, so at least I wasn't the only college-student giggling like a girl at the sight of my new shiny.

On a side note, anyone here have any experience with the transfer machine in Black/White and can confirm that one cannot transfer the berry that came with the dogs to Black/White. Obviously you would need a real japanese version game/ds, no roms to be able to know.

Also, I can display the sprites now. Woohoo.

No embarassment here, I've never had to deal with any crap for playing 'em. In this town, anyway. I got a few odd looks back when I lived in Winchester and reserved Pearl, but eh. The sheer incompetence of the employees there did wonders for making me not give a damn what they thought.

Then again, the local Gamestop has among its regular customers an old guy that regularly plays shoot-em-ups, so it could be said that this one is an odd case.

It might be tasteless for me to say I have one of them on all five of my Pokemon games. (diamond,pearl,platinum, heart gold and soul silver.)

The problem is that it had most of my Pokemon traded from other games (Ruby, Fire Red, and Pearl) in my attempt to fill my Pokedex (I think I had about 400). So as well as capturing all the Pokemon from Heart Gold, I also have to capture Pokemon from all the other games too

That happen once with my copy of pearl, I was saving while on the same time the power ran out. ._.

But yeah, it's quite funny, as the pokemon games do in fact use a back up save in the case of corruption. :<
