	It's kinda hard to tell, but it looks like a near-exact copy of Mario Circuit but with corrupted textures. And the screenshot looks pretty similar to final Mario Circuit as well. The video mentions this page: http://members.cox.net/dexter0/ This page lists these tracks: draw_demo, ending_demo, loser_demo, old_mario_gc_b, old_mario_gc_hayasi, old_mario_gc_narita, old_mario_gc_yabuki, ring_mission, winningrun_demo -- Nintendo uses "demo" to mean "cutscene", so these are probably just the tracks used there.
