i know why! it just came to me but the WAD file is probably smaller in size than the extended rom, so if there is a way to delete some extended memory it may work but probably not

or just use wii64 but to get the patched rom to be able to save, you need to open a hex editor and change the name to SUPER MARIO 64

one teensy question
im making a bowser fight level and i can't get bowser to talk when i enter the level, and he isn't rainbow like in the original game (and missing stars or any other hack with a bowser fight) is this an issue with warps? or something else?

Gazppacho: I thinkif you wanna have Bowser rainbow like you have to replace the last bowser fight. I hope you understand.

Edit: Oh yeah the other question: Just replace a Bowser level! You have to replace a level. In this case you have too replace the last bowser level

Hi everyone I have a question.

I like to know how I can set more then one star position in different levels. I am planning to add the Peach Slide Star (Collision Type 33/34) for each levels to act as a time trial race.

But when I set the position of the star the position is set for all levels.

I also doing the same for the Penguin Mother star for each levels.

If they are greyed out, then that means that they aren't assigned to any act for that level. If you click on one, look for some grey stars at the bottom. If you click on one, it'll light up, as will the object. This is how you get act-dependant objects.

For example, if you wanted a Goomba to show up only on Act 1 and 3, then you'd select an Object, make it a Goomba and then light up the 1st and 3rd stars. Then, when you play it, it will only appear on Act 1 and 3.

Any time.

As to Meltfire's question, I believe it is because there should only ever be one instance of those stars in the game. Therefore, setting multiple positions won't work because there isn't supposed to be multiple positions.

Is it a size issue or a polygon issue? If it's a polygon issue, then you'll have to do a lower-poly model. If it's a size issue, then you might have to lose some parts of your level. Also, remember that you have 3 dimensions to play around with. If it's too wide, then try making the player have to climb the level, or drop down to get to the next part.

hello i have a problem and I do not know if it is of TT64 or importer level. In simple words that sum every level, for example, I imported a level instead of Whomp Fortress, and when I open it with TT64, it gives me the default settings Batterfield Omb Bob level and does not give me the objects / warp to Whomp's Fortress.Help me!! Sorry for my bad english,i'm italian

this is easy to fix, open up your level in tt64 and select the start warp (usually bob-omb battlefield 1-10) and click the 0x26 warp destination tab and click bob-omb battlefield 1-10 and click destination level and choose whomp's fortress
then click destination are and change it to 1 then click destination warp ID and set it to 10, hope it helps! if not check out this video: it's about customizing warps http://www.youtube.com/user/Keeperofall?blend=2&ob=1#p/u/4/xm60NitwrHg sorry if im not supposed to be posting links

ok, I knew. Let me explain, I changed into a layer by tt64 I can put only a small part of the warp and objects (eg I can not put the Whomp, or Chain Chomp, I have only 13 available warp etc ...) So I can put only a small fraction of the many items, enemies and warp in TT64 and this problem occurs only with an imported layer with the importer level. I hope you understand :-)

did you try setting the object banks? if u did, then click on Empty Object Star Needed and change it to something then click the little act stars at the bottom to determine what act it will be in

the fact is that I see them in the game selected objects, but in TT64 in 3D Object 0x24 I do not see some objects that I select in the list, such as whomp king or the king bob omb, or elevators, etc. I do not see the mushrooms. TT64 .. it makes them not put me in the layer, has nothing to do with the fact select the act.
