An 18-year-old shy girl was kissed by her boyfriend for the first time, and then she suddenly died from a rare heart condition that apparently just strikes without warning.

I've read about that stuff before. I list it under the same list as "Being hit by lightning" or even "Being hit by cars while crossing the street."

It's terrifying, but if it happens, not like it could have been predicted, except with expensive heart monitoring. Which I'd gladly get, were there any insurance in this danged country.

That turned out to be untrue, as I recall, though initial reports did state that he (unintentionally) caused her death via...peanut transmission.

Still, it's always sad when things like this happen.
