An oddity in Zelda OoT I just noticed, wondering if it's something for the Wiki... Near the end of the escape from Ganon's Castle as it collapses, in the second to last room - a modified version of the initial barrier room, where you had to clear the mini-temples - you cross a short bridge with a lone Redead on it. Off in the distance you can see some of the mini-temple doors... only that there aren't any actual doors:
Now, if you let Zelda open the gate to the next room, and from there - using the MQ Debug ROM's free movement mode - navigate through the walls, outside of the room, making sure you don't accidentally make the game reload the last one... you'll be able to find the missing doors, just floating in the void!
The thing is, the designers apparently messed up. Those doors aren't real doors in the interactive sense, like most other doors in the game, but simply static, decorative elements that are part of the room's geometry. However, those decorative doors were accidentally put into the second room, where they cannot be seen since they're just floating outside, instead of the first room, where they would've perfectly filled the empty doorframes.
