I recommend playing the demo for it, It's actually not bad, but it's not my cup of tea. It's basically a Diablo style game without a loot system or leveling up. It's pure skill of mixing up your elements to make spells.
I also recommend getting it if you have a lot of friends who also enjoy it, though
The online play is totally BALLS. Last night it was Kirbynite, Hiryuu, Tyty and I trying to play. It took 30 minutes before we all connected to a game, but then Kirbynite crashed when his gamepad didn't work, and we couldn't even connect again.
This is actually an issue with the game that they plan on patching sometime Monday.
But from what I've seen it is a total parody of RPGs. Vlad, the first guy that you meet, keeps saying he isn't a vampire, and he speaks in Swedish (apparently accurate too until he starts talking like the Swedish Chef from Muppets). For those calling it a Diablo clone, you need to play this with friends before you dare say that. From what I hear, it is absolutely fucking HILARIOUS

Finally got to play online. Desynced once, disconnected once, but had a pretty damn good time other than that. I'm not very creative with spells though, I do love me some Electro-Lasers, and Fire+Rock for nuking purposes.
