And here we are in the Showcase Showdown with the contestants from the first half of the show! Illumina's big win on Any Number has earned her the right to spin last, while Rick, who came *so close* in Grand Game, will spin first.

The rules of the Showcase Showdown are simple: the one who gets closest to $1.00 without going over in one or a combination of two spins will be in the Showcase at the end of the show. If you hit $1.00 exactly, you'll win $1,000, and will get a bonus spin at the end of the round, in which you can win $5,000 or even $10,000 more! $5,000 for hitting a "green section" (5 or 15), and $10,000 for hitting $1.00 again.

(How I'll be handling this will be on IRC via a bot; I'll make sure Terra is present while I'm doing these random "rolls", so nobody can accuse me of cheating. It's not the ideal method, but it's about all I can do. )

Rick's first spin is... 10 cents. I'm assuming you wish to spin again?

Your second spin got you 75 cents, for a total of 85! Not bad!

Ketsuban's first spin was 60 cents, followed by 50 cents. Too much.

Illumina spun 20, then 70, for a total of 90. So she'll go to the Showcase.

...yeah, this Showcase Showdown setup sucks, but it's a relatively minor thing, and there's nothing particularly novel I can do with the concept unless someone wants to write a simple script for it or something. The pricing games are the meat of "Jul TPiR" anyhow, so... yeah.

At any rate... Ayjo, we need another contestant.
