Since there are many people here on Jul, I wanted to see if people on Jul play Brawl too. So I'm posting my friend code here. It is 5285-8771-6701. Please add me as a friend. Also, this was posted on a dsi.
I rented Brawl but I have no reason to actually buy it.

I never used the online multiplayer in Brawl. Only because aside from friend codes I could never join a match. Sure, spectating was fine, but I could never join.

The few times that I ventured onto Online Multiplayer, I did quite well. Especially that time that I managed to get Samus' Final Smash and wiped everybody out

And? Haven't you been playing the same damn rhythm games for close to a decade or something?
I personally think Brawl is a boring campy slow floaty disappointment of a sequel, but people can play what they want. Besides, Brawl is fun to mod the hell out of.
I play occasionally when I visit home. I haven't played online in quite a while. It would be a refreshing change from my needs-to-stop-being-so-good brother and my corrupted-by-tourney-people best friend.

Behold this post by the Great and Powerful Trixie!
I played enough to beat story mode. However I haven't really been able to play any Wii games at all...
I never ended playing up online, too bad because I was kinda excited and wanted to try it for myself. There however are just way too many achievements for me to get with how extremely little I play it.
The maker of BITF actually prefers Melee. And like I said, I don't care which game people play.

So get better.

Like that's going to make my 3-person group of people who play Brawl more interesting? My skill level is fine. They beat me sometimes, I beat them sometimes. (As long as my bro isn't playing a character we collectively banned him from using, like Diddy. Bananas. All the time.)

Eh, if you're somewhat equally match, then I guess you're fine. I thought you were saying that he turned into some tourney-going monster and that you could no longer fight him equally.

I'm good enough to beat my friends so much they never want to play me ever again but not good enough to win a regional tourney or something, so yeah. Sucks.

Music looping
It's rather fun to have custom music playing while you make your brother cry, and you and your friends beat the crap out of eachother.
Shame my Wii can't run the disc anymore, and I don't have a USB drive big enough to play the backup of Brawl. I do loop music and test it in Dolphin still though.

No, my best friend just talks about tourney stuff every time we play and sometimes spams cheap tourney tactics like chain-grabbing. My brother just has the ability to get really really good at any game, which usually ends up getting into the too-good-to-have-fun zone with enough time. He's partially the reason we stop playing multiplayer games when we do.

You can test it in Brawlbox too.

I'm basically this. I've had some more serious players come over and curbstomp me, but I can beat any of my friends with any character in any Smash.
