STEAL MONEY FROM THE GOVERNMENT

On a serious note, I went to college with a guy who was related to this guy.

This thread has disappointed me.

I won 150,000 pounds in the lottery today. And I didn't even enter! Surprising that a lottery company uses Hotmail to send these notices though...

Um, I won $350000 from some guy in Nigeria, but I have to pay $10000 first

I wonder if my old science teacher would fall for one of those. He was rather computer and Internet illiterate but had to use E-mail for school.

Actually, it's legit, but... well, by pounds they're not referring to British currency... =o

CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE WON 1 BILLION DOLLARS*

*Zimbabwean

$100000000000 ZWD = 3 eggs. (Well, not anymore since the ZWD was withdrawn, but who are we left to make worthless currency jokes about? Vietnamese VND are pretty low-valued, but not on the level of billions for an egg.)

I used to code casino games for the C64 that I made up, usually with very ridiculously negative house advantages, and totally luck-based.

Like, as an example, a game might go like this:
- Roll a 6-sided die
- On a 1 or 5, lose $10
- On a 2 or 4, win $50
- On a 3, win $5
- On a 6, win $1000

If a casino used any of those games, they'd go broke by the end of the day

For some reason, I vaguely remember a 30-rupee prize, but I think it was just my 6-year-old brain extrapolating since there was -10, +20, -40, and +50.

I'd love to see if I could scam a scammer sometime. That'd be fun.

Heh, I need to apply to as many scholarships as I can to be able to afford college this semester Hopefully that 3.87 GPA I ended up with on my first semester will be helpful!

IN that respect, I need to figure out whether to back out of my education plans and go to Columbia instead, or try to stay the course and hope I'm not sawing off my own appendages to pay for it all.

I'm estimating that scholarships and grants and loans and such would cover nearly all of my education at Columbia (according to what one site is telling me) versus me having to... do what was outlined above for the Joe Kubert School since any and all government help would leave me with $23,000 left to have to pay for.

Unless I somehow perform a miracle and find $75,000 between now and applying for the 2012 school year.
