In a fit of an ironic double standard, I tend not to cover my nose/mouth when I sneeze, but only if I know for certain that I'm not sick (and in private). As in, just a little irritation that caused a sneeze, and not a disease causing my nasal passages hell.

I actually will cover out of common courtesy, but I can also tell the difference between a normal sneeze and a "oh god I'm so sick" sneeze. So if someone gets some dust up their nose and sneezes near me, I won't be grossed out.

Yeah, dust up the nose sounds more like a dry sneeze preceded by any length of "ahh! Ahh! AHH!" normally.

Let me just say I got a real snotball once and I wasn't even sick.

And let me just say in cases where a mucus tidalwave and sneezing into your arm, I can feel pity for those unfortunate enough to do so on a long-sleeved shirt, sweater, etc. Especially when there's no tissues in sight.

We got a Christmas tree! Had to try four different places before we found an appropriate one, so that was good... (my father still insists on getting a real one)
