It looks all mysterious. Everything is dark, only the snow brings some light into the scene.
...and at the end, you cannot really see anything because of all the buildings.

This actually feels like a nice, picturesque scene to relax to or something. I dunno, maybe I'm just too much of a scenery appreciator, I dunno.
