I tried some Monterey Jack cheese on a sandwich yesterday. Wasn't bad.

Cheese curds are good dry as well. Seriously... they don't look too appetizing but once you put it in your mouth it's just like a small piece of normal cheese. Just close your eyes.

Marble cheese is really good on cheese and crackers. (Which I will admit is one place where cottage cheese doesn't really work all that well... )
