Mine is basically "Show Desktop", MSIE, Microsoft Office, and Firefox... the only time I use it is to open new Firefox windows really.

Quicklaunch bar: Desktop (why? I always use Win-D) IE7, Media Player Classic, Calculator, Character Map, cmd.exe, dictionary, reshacker, Outlook, Messenger.

Dock: text file with stuff to get and shit, Foobar, My Docs, Word, IE7 again, MSDN (outdated on purpose), Messenger again, mIRC.

Right-click, make sure "Lock taskbar" isn't checked
Right-click in quick launch, go to View -> Small Icons
Re-lock if you want to
