Oh right, duh, sorry.
It's basically, you have a base with a brain-in-a-jar (death of this = lose, it controls everything) somewhere in it. You can send for reinforcements/supplies via a buy menu where you select what craft you want, which units you want, which weapons you want, etc. There are two teams. Team 2 is either player or computer controlled.
Anything else to be said would probably be explained better by the people who made the game, so go to the site

Also, make sure you install Build 18 (or later, when they finish B19/etc), they keep the old download links on their site for some reason

They only added that into the most recent version (which came out not to long ago)
Be sure to download some of the mods for it, and some of the scenes too. Then it gets really interesting

| | The base-building aspect of it is exciting, but it's rather confusing to play. Also, I've accidentally ended a game around 10 times now by either alt-tabbing or hitting escape thinking it was the cancel button.

Anyway, I'm sort of getting the hang of this: isn't the planet's moon involved? Do you perhaps build your base up to it?

I don't see why they would make it commercial, unless they only do it for the Campaign version and have a free non-campaign version, then that makes sense and is fine with me.

| | Oh man I love how just holding a drop ship out for placement will kill the clones you've already made. That doesn't completely fuck up everything nor does it make me not want to play it at all.

| Im downloading this game now, looks interesting, and I wanted a game like this.
Too bad I dont know the size of it, Ill know for sure pretty soon.
Edit- played it, understood it, AI kills me unless I go to the config notepad and add money / other things.
Plus it runs slow (Which is my fault cause I only have 256 MB RAM)
Edit2- Maybe because I diddnt install build 18, im giving that a go.
