Life lesson, if any: don't put an electronics store next to a bridal shop. Significant because I go past those places everyday to and from school via the bus.

Shame too, since I wanted to apply for a position at Radioshack.

Why not open one next to the other? There doesn't some to be any connection between the Radio Shack and the fire other than it got damaged as well. Hell, from the article, it sounds like the fire could just as likely have started in the Radio Shack as the bridal shop.

Both stores were destroyed, and the entire strip mall has been damaged to where it'll have to be demolished.

Still there are at least 5 vacant buildings on the same street all the stores can move in to, so I guess that it's not a big loss on that end.

Something like that happened to a large building in Lincoln.

One of them took out a game store with arcade machines and an Earthbound cart/guide, I think. ;-;

A silly restaurant named 'Plate 38' burned down just a week after opening.

They rebuilt the building and are gonna reopen Plate 38 again. I'm counting the days until it burns down again.
