We've all played some game where there's somebody, or something that is constantly at our throats bugging and nagging us at every turn. Who is the most annoying in your opinion?
For me, there's three big ones:
Slippy - Star Fox
Otis Washington - Dead Rising
Baby Mario - SMW2: Yoshi's Island
For those who aren't familiar with King's Quest V, basically he was sent to "help" you on your quest, but mostly he just bitches in an annoying tone, points out the obvious, and demonstrates a fear of just about everything. Then, he goes unconscious. You may be relieved, but if you don't get him medical attention, you die later on.
I'd rather have the Owl with thousands of text (yet cool music) or Kaori Mizuhashi in her worst role than creepy bats bothering me every three steps.

The Porcu-Puffer in NSMBW is absolutely so f***ing annoying. In 6-6, the water rises, making it easier for him to get to you. In 4-Enemy Course, if kill one, another one comes right after you killed one to take it's place. Seriously, if Nintendo makes an NSMBW2/3DS, it better not have Enemy Courses. The ones in SMG1/2 (Drip Drop+Cosmic Cove), however, are not annoying.

The problem is when you actually want to fight pokémon that aren't those. Or want to explore an area in depth that might have nothing left and you don't want to waste a lot of money in nothing. =/

I would have to say Navi from Zelda OOT. Back when I first played that game I knew absolutely no English so I couldn't understand her anyways ... so, to me, she was just pure annoyance.

Phazon Metroids - Metroid Prime 3. Damnit, stay in the same space/time continuum!
Fission Metroids - Metroid Prime. It's all fun and games until you run out of Power Bombs.

I'm going to have to agree, Navi is definitely up there. I haven't played much OoT, but "HEY! LISTEN! HEY! LISTEN!" makes me want to rip her spine out Mortal Kombat style.
I know there's more, but I can't think of them. Hmm.
