Why are so many people saying Vanilla Coke? Is it not available in certain areas?

They've definitely scaled it back- when it first came out it seemed like you could get it pretty much anywhere you could get regular Coke, nowadays not so much.

Vanilla Coke isn't in Canada anymore.

Fun fact: In Quebec, Pepsi Blue was more popular than Vanilla Coke. DO NOT ask me how.

I liked Pepsi Blue, but even I'm kinda surprised about that.

What was the flavor of Pepsi Blue, anyway? Blue Raspberry? I don't remember ever having a chance to try it...

Windshield fluid.

Seriously, I'm sure it was supposed to be blue raspberry but I didn't get that at all. I got "generic fruit taste".

Yeah Pepsi Blue is like windshield fluid mixed with alcohol-free berry mouthwash. I guess technically it's blue raspberry flavor, but it's just weird and gross.

Speaking of random discontinued food items...

My unopened Pepsi Holiday Spice can I had on my display cabinet top @ my parents' house for display ate through the can. I discovered it the last time I went up, it had leaked all down the side of the display cabinet & onto the dresser below.

I didn't like it at all, but I saved a can figuring maybe someday someone would pay money for it. Guess that isn't going to happen now.

Congratulations on 1000 posts, Nemesis!

I think my dad still has that 7-Up bottle from the Middle East (I think Egypt or Saudi Arabia). It has Arabic writing on it.

I saw throback Mountain Dew and Pepsi one of the front counter soda doors at my local K-Mart, so I grab two Pepsis, and one Mountain Dew bottle.

I can still find Code Red pretty easily around here, I think. The blue flavor is better if you ask me though.

Speaking of cans, I have an unopened empty sprite can a cabinet. Stupid factory cheated me out of my pop.

I liked the LiveWire orange the best, but they're all good. I once got and empty war head packet in my bag though I laughed rather then having felt cheated.

Holy crap I have 1000 posts now?! I honestly thought that would never happen! As such, I didn't really have anything planned for how I'd be using my 1000th post, so I guess a post about can eating soda is just as good as any.

Anyway, yeah I live in a region where not only is Code Red readily available, but also Vanilla Coke, and plenty of special versions of Coke Zero as well. I guess I'm lucky, but I don't drink any of those sodas.

I remember Holiday Spice Pepsi! It... wasn't awful. Good as a limited-edition thing, wouldn't last if it was a year-round thing.

Eating through the can already? Makes me wonder what was actually in it.

I've seen Code Red around here, mainly in vending machines... ditto with Mug Root Beer and MD LiveWire =P

Not that I'd ever drink any of those, though...

I love the Watermelon cakes Friendly has, but unfortunately, they don't make the ice cream cakes during the time of my birthday.

I remember loving the stuff... was it 2004, or 2005?

...Though if it can get through the can, I'm honestly scared.
