IIMarckus, Really? I must of overlooked that. I'll keep it in mind when I'm looking at trainers next time.

So, on "This is a pain in the ass" My Pokecenters, and the default ones seem not to be updating the "white out" position. I'm going to have to mess around and try and fix this problem. :|

Well, I tried.

GS sprite hacking is easy enough, by the way. That up there happens to be exactly the right size and everything. (I think. The sizes are 40-48-56, right? Also the pallete is wrong and whatnot) The problem is making 502 sprites.
... Or so I think. But from what I've messed around each sprite seemed to have their own pallete and stuff.

I've got about 20% of the hacking done, I'm just held up on the stupid "white out" glitch I'm having and having to deal with going back to college.

I think I read about the "white out" thing, but I think it was for FR/LG...

I think it was something related to the map/fly points they were in and whatnot or something like that.
So I guess to make a center work properly you need to tell the game were the location of the map/fly point is now... but that doesn't make sense as then the preexisting ones should still work by sending you to the wrong town or something. Though I guess it's worth a try, and that way you test if fly still works. (Teleport will work the same way as losing)

I don't really know. It was in a topic in Poke Community about adding PokeCenters.

I fixed the problem! (I think, It had not fell apart yet!) With a very clumsy workaround!
