One of the supervisors at work has a very high-pitched sneeze. As in a "we think she stepped on a mouse" sneeze.

Either that, or I sneezed.
(Seriously when I sneeze I can scare an entire room full of people)
When I sneeze, I scream.
ARGHchoo!
Oh god. There was a kid in my math class last year, and he screamed really loud when he sneezed. We always joked around telling him to stop trying to get so much attention
I only really do it when I'm in my house in daytime. If it's night, or I'm in college, I kinda close my throat when I sneeze.
I know one girl who supresses the sneeze completely, then says "choo". It's quite amusing.

 | I can actually keep the sneeze quieter, but at the expense of hurting both my nose and my head.
At that tradeoff, it's just better to let a loud one out.

I can hold off a sneeze pretty well.
I always tend to let one or two go at work, though. Too damn dusty there.

Generally, if you manage to crack something by sneezing, it's good.

 | My back actually hurt for a few days thanks to a sneeze once.
Still wondering how the hell I managed that.

Huh... not having cracked anything by sneezing, I can't speak from experience, but that's kind of odd...
I assume we're not talking a serious fracture here...

My entire body turns into a maraca if I sleep for long enough. It's interesting when you start playing Tetris Type A with your knuckles.

Nah, just the sound of a crack. Although, I'd be very impressed if somebody broke a bone by sneezing...

IIRC, on TV it said people sometimes get strokes from sneezing too hard.

"Atch*BOOM*"
That'd be scary.

...How hard do you have to sneeze?
I'd hope it's harder than I ever have.
