| I don't think this topic deserves so much controversy. From what I'm seeing here, the game is just meant to be for fun. We're not going to make the rift between Jul and AB2 any bigger by having a card game about the topic.
That being said, there has to be moderation in how the cards get made. For example: Xkeeper can't make a card about Ailure. We know how that would turn out. ____________________

| My thoughts:
We should use a pre-made card game system already. My nomination (as many of you know)? Magic: The Gathering. Why? It's easy to learn, and is very strategical. Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh are simple and easily mastered, requiring little to no strategy. Hell; you can make great decks by accident. Making our own Card game system, complete with rules, card types, and rulings on each card would require months and months of work. ____________________

| Honestly, I can't even see a game like this being made in .php. Too complicated.
Honestly, your best bet is to use the M:TG Format for cards, and play in Apprentice. Apprentice is an online program that allows you access to the database of every magic card in existence, and lets you make and play your own decks online; you can even make and export cards to apprentice.
