Oh man how could I forget about this, I totally agree! The Bacon Mushroom Melt is the best sandwich ever! Wendys has some incredible stuff, but its alway limited time only and inevitably gets replaced by crap. The Frescatta sandwiches were pretty good too and much better than that heart attack on a bun they have now. They had a chicken sandwich that was awesome too, I think it was the Monterey Chicken Supreme? They brought it back for a while, but they changed the recipe or something and it wasn't nearly as good

I'm not sure I can recall anything I found as a favourite that's gone out of production..

(Have I already said that? I don't think I have..)

I think they also came in some varieties that traditional Doritos did not, iirc

From what I saw on a brief search, it was Nacho and Ranch flavors.

I didn't like them as much as regular Doritos... they just felt too thin or something.

I miss Vanilla Coke. Although, generally, any of the specialty Coke flavors I enjoyed.

This is actually why I really liked the 3D ones.

I miss that old logo, too.

The only novelty Doritos I've had were the Rollitos. And they didn't really taste all that different.

I miss Vanilla Coke.

To be fair... Coke + a few drops of vanilla extract = Vanilla Coke. Tastes almost identical.

That is valuable information.

There's a place in D.C., Ted's Montana Grill, that makes their own cherry coke and their own vanilla coke, just by adding the necessary flavorings to normal coke, just like this.

Funny story, theirs actually tastes better than the stuff coke themselves provides!

(also, while I'm plugging them, they make a hella-good burger! Definitely best in the area!)

Wasabi Doritos. (I refuse to use the racist name given to them in the US)

Also, for everybody who misses any type of vanilla flavored soda, just buy the closest thing you can get on the market and add a little imitation vanilla extract to it. It tastes exactly the same.

You needed to advertise that a bit more, sweetie.

(That and it was buried on Page 1. :\)

Lay's has wasabi chips in Canada but I think they're exclusive to the Toronto/Vancouver areas.

I've made Cherry Coke myself with grenadine, it is definitely way better than the store-bought stuff... I should try it with Vanilla extract sometime.

Wasabi Lay's? Sure, another thing I have to try... (Not that I'm in Canada, though.) They're selling wasabi popcorn at a store nearby. Haven't tried it, yet, but I don't have high hopes for it being decent.

I miss New Coke/Coke 2. It was only discontinued because of how much it was hated for replacing Coca-Cola in the first place, and the original formula wasn't that bad. In fact, if I had to guess, it tasted a bit like Pepsi.

It was pretty decent.
