| 7 Hours a day of sleep is what adults should be getting? I thought it was 8. Apparently that's fatal though. So much for sleep-in weekends. D=
What of adolescents though, how many hours are we supposed to be sleeping? Most people I know, they either sleep too much or too little. They're doomed. |

| I sleep until I have something better to do, even when I'm not too tired.
And guess what?I have been told for years now I'm in good health. But yeah, Needs to be moderated, but at the same time you would need to sleep for a long time each day, for several days to have a real bad effect happen. ____________________ Why are you reading this?  |
