What program did he use, how do did he use it, What do I need to know to do so, where are the notes for it if VLtone can give me some, Can I have very detailed notes, make them very simple.

No explaining how it works, this is trash question because it wont have a answer most likely, so if you found this using google, please look down and see if there is one.

But you are lucky, I am bored, so I'll just answer all your questions.

How do you get color names, and can you tell me these forums codes?- The color usernames are based on the user's gender and power. Some people get their username changed to a color they choose, but these are very special cases.
The forum codes are the usual BBC for bold, italic, underlined, striked, colored text, images, and urls. The board supports however HTML and other web languages, so for instance of a video you can embed it. Note that abusing this (making malicious code, or continue doing something you've been told not to) WILL be punished.

Also how do you pm people.- In their profile, scrolling past their information you'll find options. One is to PM. Alternatively, you can also make ones from your private messages page.

And is this a good place to ask these questions?- No, it isn't. You might want to read the FAQ for some, and specific stickied threads for other. Generally, look for answers to your questions first. If you still do not know, post in the appropiate section, or in the worst case PM an staff member.

Are there any limits here?- In regards to how and what you can post, yes. Read the rules and FAQ.

Who is mod here?- Each forum has their different local moderators, plus global moderators and administrators. This specific forum has no local moderator, as it is simply where particularly bad threads are sent, as examples of particularly bad behavior.

Isn't that kexon guy or w/e the owner of this website?- The owner of this website is Xkeeper. I do not know who is "kexon", I can only assume it was who led you here.

What is a jul?- Jul is the name of this website.

Why is there a squid thingy on my screen.- That is Ikachan, the board's mascot. It is set to float in a random spot on the page. If it blocks a letter, simply scroll slightly.

Is this the best sm64 hacking forums?- No. Simply becouse this website isn't about SM64 ROM hacking, but instead covers many topics. There is an specific forum about SM64 hacking, though. I guess it is nice enough.

Where are my cookies? Why do they keep deleting them selfs on this website? - That would deppend on your browser's settings.
