Good lord do I love Halo Reach. I'm having so much fun with it, especially Theater mode. I've spent too much time going through my playthroughs looking for my cool moments and taking screenshots and video clips.


I do love assassinations. Sword ones especially.


This was complete accident. I was trying to snipe a Grunt with the DMR and headshotted the wildlife instead. Didn't even realize it until I saw it in Theater, upon which I knew I had to screenshot it.

Anyone else got this game? I'd love to play it with people once I get a Gold account. I'm located here on Bungie.net

Halo Reach is one of the few FPS games I like, and I like it quite a bit. Of the Halo games, I like it more than 1 and 3 (eh) and maybe as much as 2. Some of the maps are a bit confusing or hard to make out (hello, welcome to blue walkways next to blue mountain in blue land, enjoy your fall), which is why I prefer 2's. I'm also not a fan of some of the super powers, which ruin some game modes (like bubble shield in oddball). I am very impressed with theater mode. I can't really comment on the single player campaigns because I never leave multiplayer.

I started solo Legendary campaign too. Only finished Winter Contingency so far. Not looking forward to ONI Sword Base and its opening battle, considering I had a really hard time doing that on Heroic. Thank god for Plasma Pistols, best weapon in the campaign hands-down.

I'm only on a two-day gold pass currently but I'm thinking of taking advantage of that Gold sale and getting a year for $40. If I do that we can play together for certain.

I may get Reach. I thought Halo 1 was alright, but I wasn't impressed by Halo's 2 and 3. From what I hear, Reach is better than all 3.
