	53 degrees outside... it was just triple digits last week! Not that I'm complaining, I prefer the cold... I had to turn my car heater on this morning though because I wasn't expecting the cold and didn't wear a coat. ____________________

	I really hope that I don't have to do pizza today. I do enjoy it but I get zero tips. With my trip coming up this Saturday, I need all the extra cash that I can get. Plus, I did the prep for stir-fry and the Asian soup so I had at least be on one of those stations tonight. I don't want to piss anyone off but if I do the prep for a station(s) for eight hours, I had better be working on it the next day. I don't understand why they can't put Maria on pizza today. She's been doing Asian night for a while and getting mad tips yet she doesn't want to do the prep. A little unfair. Besides, Jennie enjoys working with me instead of Maria. Jennie really doesn't like her much and Maria tends to treat her poorly. I think Jennie is so funny and we work well together and we have fun doing it. Just in case, I'm going to work early to finish the prep. Hopefully I'll get there before Maria. Chef Michael knows that I did the prep and that I should should be doing the soup or the stir-fry. But I think he leaves at 3pm today so I need to make sure he knows that I am working that station and not pizza. I told the supervisor yesterday that I'm not doing pizza but he told me that I have to. Sorry, the chefs are above you. I am going to be so pissed if I have to work pizza today. ____________________
