Lego 3D printer itching to make Lego robots

This is just so awesome, you have no idea. First, square block formations, next... a Lego bot army!!! Muahaha.

In all seriousness, this is quite awesome. Its a printer built from Legos that can build rudimentary 3D structures from Lego blocks.

Heh, someone linked me to this yesterday. It's pretty cool that it can go from a design in a CAD program to building stuff. I don't know much about CAD software. I wonder how the conversion is done... I guess it'd be a specific project type where you can only select legos that lets you export to some machine control instructions file.
