I'd say it might take 1.5 to 2 additional years. Less if the board gets active again, maybe.

More seriously... if activity returns, you'll make say, 300 posts every month normally. Adding two insane sprees where you get >500 posts one day, you may as well reach it in a little over a year.

It used to be that 300-350 or so was an average number of posts per day. Now it's like 150-200.

I'd say 2 years if we keep at this pace, 1 or 1.5 if things pick up. Depends if we ever make a name for ourselves through TCRF.
