 | Actually that theory has some truth if the bees die out and we can't find a way to easily pollinate everything that the bees usually pollinate. Sure they are not the only source of pollination for most plants, but they are a main one and in some cases the best one. No/poor pollination equals a majority of the plants that both we, and animals we eat, need to survive dying off. So bees dying equals potential severe disruption in the food chain and/or mass extinction of plant and animal species if nothing is done to fix the pollination problem over a long period of time. Of course by that point we'll probably just spray everything with chemicals or something Still, it's a situation that's best avoided, and I hope the bees don't die out.
