I actually went and took a look at their FAQ (or lack thereof), and it's just riddled with careless typographical and grammatical errors.

| I had a similar problem crop up with my server about a month ago. Had to change my domain in the end; that, and blocking all bots with robots.txt... that's all the time I wanted to spend on the problem. |
