I put it in the freezer. And then it turns into ICE!

It's not against any physical laws

...or?

My mom puts bread in the refrigerator sometimes (amongst other things, like chocolate). Bread isn't refrigerated in the store, so I don't see why it should be at home...

IIRC, one of my step-dad's sisters and her husband put glasses (not the kind you wear) in the refrigerator... I think their refrigerator has an ice dispenser thing though, so they can just get a glass, get ice, and poor them something to drink all in one spot, so it makes sense, I guess. There isn't enough room in our refrigerator to waste on things that don't need to be cold, though.

lol. That would be a funny thing to do when you have company over. Just put silverware, glass, and napkins in the freezer and when they look at you funny when you take them out be all like, "what! do you want moldy forks?"

Bread in the fridge?

I often put bread in the freezer to combat mould. It's something I got from my mother, though.

Well, I do that too but only when it's not going to be eaten for over a week.

I knew someone a while back that put their bread in the fridge. It can promote more mold if you accidentally leave it out due to condensation from being colder than the air temperature.

I love Bill Engvall's jokes about bread and twist ties:

"I'm like every other red blooded American man. I spin the bag a bunch of times, wrap the end underneath itself and set it on the counter."

Bread never gets mushy when it's in the fridge.

I only put bread in the freezer if I have too much, which is usually never the case.

Depends on my mood if I'll eat a lot of bread. Sometimes I just want to eat a lot of sandwiches and sometimes not.

I want sliced bread. It's pretty much the only type of bread I like and it's been a month I don't eat it. Just normal boring bread.

I tend to eat a lot of bread when I'm angry.

It's what I'd like to call "Sandywitchy-mode"

Last night I got a really big cheesesteak and like half of the fillings came out of the bun so after I ate the cheesesteak I put the parts that fell out onto two regular slices of bread and ate the resulting makeshift second cheesesteak.

It turns out that buns are good for cheesesteaks and slices of bread are not.

Did the bread get mushy or something

I've had roast beef + gravy. Alone, it's fucking great, but even on a roll or bun it turns into a mushy mess that I can't even stomach. (I often end up just eating the beef and tossing the roll, if this happens)

Mushy bread is unless it's...actually, no, mushy bread is no matter what.

I remember having to hide it and toss it out elsewhere because my mother was whiny about the fact that I wouldn't eat it. Hell, I couldn't.
