So now, not only can I not issue any more bans, I can't remove any bans either.

Not even the services can undo it (/cs unban with a banned nickname won't work, just says "Ban removed' but doesn't do anything)

And of course, Emuz is nowhere to be found.

IIRC, emptying the channel (by kicking everyone) will reset all the lists, but that's not an entirely practical solution.

I guess filling the banlist triggered it? Strange...

EDIT: Also, maybe /cs clear #x bans might clear them? Though, I'm not sure you want to clear all of them...
