That mashup logo looks pretty awesome, but I'd like to add that with all the unused content on the site, wouldn't it be best not to use multiple objects from the same game? I mean, there's the coliseum and one of the domes from Chrono Trigger, the Wily head and sprite from Mega Man Soccer, sprites of Poo and Jackie from Earthbound, the minigame Koopa Troopa and the Toad statue from SMB3, and two walrus-thing sprites from Kirby's Adventure. Couldn't one of each of those be clipped and replaced with some other of our unearthed dummied graphics? I don't see anything from Super Mario World, for instance. At least one graphic from each Featured Article, or something... I dunno, I *really* like the concept, but I think a little more variety would make it even better. Just my two cents, though.

An idea I had: align the sprites to an 8x8 grid and erase overlapping parts, as if it were in some kind of tile viewer? You could also get creative and move around the tiles to make it look like this even moreso, and maybe even toss in a few X tiles. Just an suggestion. Also: That sounds like an interesting idea, Peardian, but it would pretty much have to be completely different than this. As such, it might as well be a different logo all together, seeing that we're apparently going to go with several of them.
