Was going to post this as an image but it's much creepier than I remembered so here's the Link instead.

So what is the Haunted Majora's Mask Cartridge? It's a series of "creepypasta" stories and hacked videos based off a college kid who finds a copy of Majora's Mask at a creepy old guy's yard sale. From there spirals a somewhat creepy tale of his encounters with the game, which turns out to be "haunted" by the spirit of the previous owner.

The story may be creepy on its own at times, but the videos are really what turns up the creepiness factor. The guy has some very well edited and hacked videos to go along with the stories.

Turn up your volume, (unless you're a pansy like me ) turn out the lights (I didn't do this either ) and enjoy.

Read it, liked it. Although the final video (for now) should've been a bit more epic. The first few videos were creepier than the last one, so...

Heh, I just watched a video of the Pokémon Lost Silver fangame (the original story here) a few days ago, too.
Apparently the guy plans on making one of Black version too and expand on the Lost Silver one.

As for this... I read the first part and watched the video (though unfortunately I don't have sound, but I guess entire silence except random noises coming from outside work too). That was awesome. The link statue is extremely creepy.

I read it in the middle of the night against my better judgement and was impressed. It sounded pretty plausible (though I know better) but the videos seemed to harm the credibility, even if the hacking was impressive. The third video in particular ruined it by having Ocarina of Time content thrown in.

The WSOD falls apart when you start to notice things like the ammo counters slipping by one between segments.

That was actually in one of the earlier parts, too.

It was certainly a fun read, but it doesn't do a very good job at seeming all that plausible, even without taking the videos into account.

For some reason my favorite part is...
I suppose I like just how stark it is and how it ties quite a bit together, but it really is the part that I "felt" the most.

The only thing I kinda didn't like about it is that...
