What kitchen appliance is your best friend when cooking? For me it is my crockpot. I love making stews and soups in it. Beef Burgundy Stew is my specialty.

My microwave in Michigan actually had an analogue timer. Those don't work so well for microwaves because you often have to put something in for a really short amount of time, which it's very inaccurate with.

I like using our skillet to make grilled sandwiches. Haven't done it in a while, maybe next weekend after payday. I typically have 5-6 different toppings and several meats and cheeses. Avocado, tomato, lettuce, etc. Good stuff.
