  • Water Chessnuts
  • Carrots
  • Green Beans
  • Pea's in the pod
  • Hot Pepper Flakes
  • Large chunks of Ham/Chicken/Beef (Or Bacon)

I like a little bit of fry mixed in with my stir.

Rice, meat, vegetables. Anything else is usually bonus, unless its seafood.

I don't usually make stir fry. I am usually a soup and stew guy. The crockpot is my best friend

If I had to make a stir fry though I would put in: cabbage, carrots, leeks, chicken, potatoes, peas, corn, rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Worsheister Sauce. Trust me, it is delicious.

I've never had it. Or at least I don't remember having it.

But I would have to say onions, peppers, shrimp....I think that would be it.

You can buy frozen stir-fry mixes, Anya. Wouldn't taste as good as a homemade one but you'd get the idea.

Not a big fan of stir-fry. I'd say meat, carrots, those little mini corn on the cobs, celery... water chestnuts are pretty good in that, actually. And although I don't like green/red peppers and wouldn't eat them in the stir-fry, I'd put some in for flavor.
