Quotation marks in that sense tend to make me think that the thing in the quotes isn't really true. Like

Day Old "Bread"

means this to me:

Day Old Stuff That Isn't Really Bread

It makes the quotation marks' improper use for "emphasis" funnier.

One choice excerpt:

'How do we "design" "software" that is "efficient" and "reliable?"'

I'm not really sure what they're going for but it's hilarious.
