Such is the case with me, sometimes, as well. I'll squirm a little bit and go back to sleep.

I only tend to do this when I wake up and I'm still tired.

Yep, I'm horrible at getting up in the mornings as well. Often, I just want to stay in bed for a while longer.

I really like sleeping in during the weekends, mainly since doing that's an impossibility during the week.

If it's a school thing, intentionally try to schedule all your classes as best you can in the afternoons for more sleep.

I managed to get away with doing Tuesday & Thursday afternoon classes all of my final year, and Tuesday - Thursday classes for most of my Junior year.

Or be like me and get your classes scheduled for 8:30 every weekday morning.

My school rarely had anything in the afternoons at all. Most classes were either before noon or after 5:45, creating for some long days for me with a gap.

Few classes were on Fridays, so I got those off a lot Some classes, especially physics, were frequently on Fridays though, so I'd try to get some other day off each week.

I've had low sleep like that enough times, and the most I got was 13 hours, or 12 twice, not 18 But just going past 10 already tends to make me tired for the day or stay up late ...

Things you shouldn't do: Play Arkham Asylum for 5 hours when you have like, 15 things due the next day (exaggeration but I'm kicking myself now)

I'm really bad for this. If I don't have anything to do, I can and more than likely will sleep 10+ hours. Even if I have a great night sleep every night for a month.

I just sleep really well.

That could be sleep paralysis.
Isn't that what they say happens to people who think they've been abducted (they're half asleep and dream that there's aliens and assume the aliens somehow paralyzed them and have them on an operating table)?

I'm often more tired when I wake up then I am when I go to bed... it'll take an hour or longer to get up, then I feel like I'm wasting time.

From what I've read (although it was a long time ago) this should be impossible. You should only need 8 hours of sleep in 24 hours. Even if you stay awake all week you shouldn't need to sleep more then 8 hours later to make up for it, and if you sleep all week then you should still need 8 hours the next day.
