In Germany, there was some graffiti artist who would add Umlaute (the double dots) over random A's, O's, and U's on signs

There was also one where someone apparently tried to change "STOP" to "Don't STOP", but they painted the "Don't" on after the STOP and it was done so sloppily that it looked like Don4.

There's a stop sign somewhere near my parents' house where someone sprayed "DON'T" and "BELIEVIN'" above and below the "stop". I couldn't help but think it was done by one of my classmates who was notoriously obsessed with Journey.

There's a "People Crossing Ahead" sign where it just shows a smaller person on the left, a larger person on the right, and the word "AHEAD" on it.

Well someone spray painted a stick penis onto the larger one and sprayed out the "A" with black spray paint. Uh-huh. That'll tickle someone's perverted funny bone.

I saw a stop sign that read "STOP POOPING" nearby, on my way home from a flea market on Sunday.

Needless to say, I imagined a picture of a dog doing just that in front of it.
