Fun fact: The speed glitch involving a chair and the bicycle is still present in the latest version of the game. The bedroom chair was fixed to remove the glitch, but chairs elsewhere were not.
Is that it? Does it make a sound effect? Visual effect when it appears other than showing up? If it just shows up when that happens, I can't figure out why it's the scariest thing on the internet. :???:
It was scary two years ago, when you know, it wasn't posted everywhere on the internet and you didn't know about it.
Which is too bad, as the game is amazing.
That said, there is still other more obscure scarier shit like that game-crash event in the FC dungeon, which is my favorite (even though the trigger is apparently absurdly ridiculous), or that one demonic face.
The face one is actually strange, as it's the entirely irrelevant thing in the stairs right before it what became a meme instead, so all the idiots know how to get there, but don't care about what's right after it...
Though to be honest, after a while (namely you stop being paranoid and change your approach) is not really scary as it is just surreal.
That's why this game having memes at all completelly ruins it.
